Founded by chef Marco "Jet" Rosario, jets pizza was built on a simple promise: use only the freshest ingredients, handcraft every dough from scratch, and treat every customer like family. That philosophy hasn't changed in over two decades of serving New Yorkers.

The First Slice
Chef Marco "Jet" Rosario opens the very first Jet's pizza location on Amsterdam Ave, New York. Armed with his grandmother's recipe and a wood-fired oven, the dream begins with just four tables and a whole lot of heart.
First Award Win
Jet's pizza wins "Best Margherita Pizza" at the New York Food Festival — a recognition that puts us firmly on the map. Word spreads fast, and lines start forming before we even open.
Delivery Launches
Responding to overwhelming demand from loyal fans across the city, Jet's pizza launches its first delivery service with a fleet of three motorcycles. Hot, fresh pizza reaches your door in under 30 minutes.
Major Expansion
We renovate and expand the Amsterdam Ave location to seat 60 guests, adding a full bar, private dining room, and a glass-walled kitchen so customers can watch their pizza being made fresh.
Online Ordering Arrives
Jet's pizza launches its website and online ordering platform, making it easier than ever for New Yorkers to get their favorite pizzas delivered or ready for pickup with just a few clicks.
Plant-Based Menu Launch
